User Agreement
The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms.

The online classified service is offered free of charge to users.
Each individual user is responsible for their ads and its contents.
We (Beaufort Online Classifieds) are not responsible for the ads and contents.
We are providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis.
We reserve the right to refuse any ad we feel not appropriate.
We reserve the right to edit ads that are not formatted correctly.
We will not be held liable for any damages of any kind relating to any ad.
We reserve the right to terminate any ad at any time for any reason, including if we learn that user has provided false or misleading information or has violated the Disclaimer and Terms of Participation.
We make no claim or representation regarding, and accept no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of web sites accessible by hyperlink from the Beaufort Online Classifieds site, or web sites linking to the Beaufort Online Classifieds site.
Users expressly agree that use of the Beaufort Online Classifieds site is at user's sole risk. Neither Beaufort Online Classifieds, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that the Beaufort Online Classifieds site will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability or any information, advertisements, services provided through the Beaufort Online Classifieds site, or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Beaufort Online Classifieds site.
Users agree not to place any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable ads/material of any kind or nature.
Users further agree not to place any ads/material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
You acknowledge that Beaufort Online Classifieds does not pre-screen Content, but that Beaufort Online Classifieds and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, Beaufort Online Classifieds and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by Beaufort Online Classifieds or submitted to Beaufort Online Classifieds, including without limitation information in Beaufort Online Classifieds, and in all other parts of the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that Beaufort Online Classifieds may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Beaufort Online Classifieds, its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
